Order Processing and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Prime Packaging Hub. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including artwork inaccuracies or production constraints. We accept major payment methods, including credit cards, wire transfers, and online merchant payments. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total agreed amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
Delivery and Shipping
Prime Packaging Hub uses reasonable efforts to manufacture and deliver your order within the estimated lead times provided during checkout or via direct quotes. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.
Design, Proofing, and Printing
Prime Packaging Hub strives to produce packaging that matches your provided specifications and approved digital proofs. However, due to color spectrum differences between computer monitors (RGB) and commercial printing presses (CMYK/PMS), exact color matching is not guaranteed. Prime Packaging Hub reserves the right to make necessary technical adjustments to artwork to ensure structural integrity and print quality.
Product Warranty & Returns
Prime Packaging Hub warrants that all manufactured products will be free from physical defects in materials and workmanship. If you receive defective or misprinted products, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery with supporting photos or samples. Defective items will be evaluated for replacement or store credit based on mutual agreement.
Intellectual Property
Prime Packaging Hub owns all intellectual property rights related to our website content, brand assets, proprietary software, and structural templates. Furthermore, by submitting artwork or logos to us, you warrant that you own or possess the necessary licenses for that intellectual property. You may not use any of Prime Packaging Hub’s proprietary assets without express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Prime Packaging Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our website, printing services, or delayed shipments. Our total financial liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prime Packaging Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and production partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement on third-party intellectual property rights through your custom packaging artwork.

Entire Agreement

Force Majeure
Prime Packaging Hub will not be liable for any manufacturing delay or failure to fulfill orders due to acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, supply chain disruptions, raw material shortages, government restrictions, or carrier delays.
